
My mum is a Thai, from Northern Thailand. Occasionally, she will cook some Thai food, and one of my favorite was this. But it quite difference from the original which there is no pork blood in it. Since we can’t get any fresh pork blood in Singapore. So she revamp the recipe with chicken feet and mince pork as substitute.
This noodle soup comprises of Thai chili paste, fresh tomatoes, fresh eye chili, fish sauce, chicken feet and mince pork etc. Cooked for 2-3 hours. Served with Thai rice noodles, sprinkle on top with fried garlic, coriander, spring onion and dash of fish sauce.

The overall taste is spicy, salty and savory light. Ree ally love it. But i don’t know how to cook myself because it needs a lot of prep work.
